My voicemail is gone.

My iphone 12 does not show my voicemails anymore. I deleted all my voicemails one day because I do not keep any voicemails and figured I didn't need them sitting on my phone. Once I did that, this is what my phone looked like.

Ever since, my voicemail screen has not changed. I have called my phone several times and left voicemails as well as called my voicemail from my phone. So, I know there are voicemails however they are not showing up on my screen. I have shutdown my phone and restarted, airplane mode, "phone" settings and more. When I called my number and left a voicemail my phone did not leave a notification that I had a voicemail either.... any suggestion on how to get my voicemails back?????
