Sending in a trade in

I received my new phone, but no instructions on how to send the trade in back.

Wait for the box, or Call Apple:

It may take a few days to receive the snd-in box. But, if you want to know where this all stands, coat Apple Support. Let them know that you have not revel it yet. Important: There will be instructions of what to do before sending it in. So, be certain you request a copt of that form.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
