Can’t remove screen Time passcode

I bought new 13 Pro and am trying to restore my Old X , alraedy transfered datas, niw I need to erase datas from my old phone ,, but keep getting asked for the 4 digit screen time passcode which I have never used or established. When I try to turn off the passcode, it asks for my Apple ID and password, but when I enter that it treats it as another “failed attempt”. I have even gone and reset that password but then when I use it, I get another failed attempt— each one adding time begore I can try again. My Apple id and password is taking , but no prompt to type new screen passcode !!!

These are the minimum requirements to reset the ScreenTime passcode:

  • The device must run iOS/iPadOS 13.4 or later;

AND

  • You must know the Apple ID & Password that were used to set up that ScreenTime Passcode.

If you meet both above requirements, these are the instructions:--> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support

Shouldn't be this case, you need to erase that device following these instructions (even if related to the passcode to lock/unlock device's screen):--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

The bad news is that you cannot restore data from a backup, since the ScreenTime passcode would come back in.
