Auto Response in Do Not Disturb?

I do not understand why the auto-response was removed from Do Not Disturb and is ONLY an option for Driving Focus. It's asinine. First, it doesn't actually work if I am not driving. I've tested it. I use both the settings>focus>Driving method of turning it on and then the control panel method. The only way an auto response is sent is if I am actually behind the wheel. Second, why are people having to take extra steps? We should be able to turn on Do Not Disturb and actually be able to have the phone be silent and send the auto reply. Instead, on my only day off, I am forced to continually reply to clients because otherwise it looks like I am completely ignoring them. Super restful. Put auto response back in DnD.
