Two different Apple IDs/Family sharing.

I’m signed in at all my devices with my iCloud email ID, but have also a second old Gmail ID. Many years ago I did Family Sharing with Gmail ID and I can not do it now for my iCloud ID until removing the old sharing. In order to do it I have to sign out iCloud and sign in with Gmail ID. Can I do it in one of my devices, cancel Family sharing and then sign in with iCloud ID again? Will my devise (and all other devices, if affected) return to today’s settings? Thanks.
