Are you using a custom email domain for iCloud email?

Add a custom email domain for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support (CA)

Did you complete all of the DNS record additions required on your domain name provider's site?

Did you Create and delete email addresses for a custom domain on iCloud.com - Apple Support (CA)
