Missing icloud videos

Uploaded over 200 videos to icloud, confirmed they were in icloud, deleted from iphone and now they are also missing in icloud. Checked recently deleted and folder is empty. Thank you for any help.

If you deleted the videos from your phone, you also deleted them from iCloud.
