Keychain Access Passwords - Lots of Questions!

I'm looking at this file on my MacPro and am wondering if there's a place on the Apple site to help me decipher what they all mean. There are 'airport network passwords', which allow me to connect to Wifi; there are a lot of 'application passwords' I do not recognize, like _iokgtg_ and 'webform passwords', some named Unknown. Many of these passwords are old dating back to 2017.

I'm including a screen shot of activity so far from today. Can anybody give me guidance as to how I clean up these files?

Thank you

Angie
