1. If you don’t remember the passcode for the phone, your data is already gone. Hopefully you have a backup you can use to get the data back.
2. You must restore the iPhone to regain access. You need to follow the steps in the link provided exactly. It won’t just magically happen, You need to follow them as they are presented. Connect it to a computer and restore the iPhone.

No, if that doesn’t work the phone is dead. Why don’t you do it again, note every step and what happens after that step and post the results here.

Ok I will try again. But I have a question, if a brought my phone to an apple store, will they fix it ?
