Apple TV+ subscriptions are tied to an Apple ID and not to a device, and logging in with that same Apple ID will have the subscription available.
If the particular LG TV here has the Apple TV app available for download, that will work for Apple TV+ content.
Otherwise, you will need a source. The source might be Apple TV 4K or HD, or a cable from an iPhone or iPad, or potentially via AirPlay 2 if that is available.
