Can’t remember my passcode
I cannot remember the new passcode the one that I thought it was obviously does not work for my new Ipad 9th generation

I am getting so angry it’s a lap of customer service. I am trying to get into a brand-new Apple Computer that I paid several hundred dollars for and cannot remember the password all I’m asking is for somebody to reset the password for me I don’t have a computer I can use because my computer has a virus right now can you please help me or give me a call so I know what I can do when I called your line recently just 20 minutes ago and it Call’s a second time that’s happened with Apple with me
