Suddenly, the Albums link in the sidebar of Photos on my iMac greyed out. I can't access any of my Albums (Shared, My Albums, etc.) from that link anymore. I can see them from the View menu, but not in the sidebar. How can I restore this function?
Try to hover the pointer over the word Albums in the sidebar. Is there a tiny disclosure triangle > to the right? It should appear when you search for it with the pointer. Click it to reveal the list of hidden albums.

Yes and YES--IT WORKED!!! Thank you so much for this gentle (and obvious) reminder. I must say, I tried to hover over the arrow several times yesterday, but I DIDN'T click it! Such a simple, but oh, so elusive fix.
