The Arlo mobile app won't "trust" my new iphone 13. I can still use the app on my older ipad and macbook, but not the iphone.

If it happens using that app only, I suggest that you contact their developer team and ask them.

Try delete the Arlo app and then reinstall. Bit of a hassle, but it worked for me.
With the iphone 13? We tried and it didn't work.
It is impossible to communicate with a real person at Arlo. One is routed into a community forum or a virtual assistant.
Worked on both my wife's and my iPhone 13. We use 2 factor authentication. Had to get some codes from the Arlo folks.
