Subscription Charge

I was sent a receipt confirming a subscription that I canceled on Monday, May 30th.

I had until today to cancel so why was my credit card charged?

ORDER ID

MQF8YVVGZ8

DOCUMENT NO.

188550140133

The charge is $9.99.

Can you please delete this charge?

Thank you

Hi Lori Carroll,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Re: Can you please delete this charge?

As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community, we have no access to your accounts or details.

Sorry that we can not delete that charge for you. You will need to claim a refund, or contact Apple.

Re: why was my credit card charged?

If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you didn't want to renew it,

you would need to cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

If you wish:

How To :

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support (AU)

(Note: If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet.

After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.)

Or

You might want to reach out to the Apple Billing and Subscriptions Support Team

There is a "Get Support" link at the bottom of their webpage (link below)

All the best :-)
