Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Unfortunately, this is not a direct option for iCloud, as of this reply. So, report to Apple that the make it such.  Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they reeve on this, the more they'll know what issues are occurring, and what fixes to include in versions to come.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iCloud - Apple
2. Select: "Mail" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you go it fined (include the URL of this post).
4. Proceed form there as necessary

Fully Log Out of iCloud:

Log out of iCloud on all of your devices. Once logged out, see if this is seen multiple times. Next, log back in. Is this now fixed?
