I’ve gone to edit a photo on my iPhone 11 and the three little dots - MORE button - is missing. Only the ‘mark up’ is there. I’ve followed someone’s advice to go to settings - screen time - content and privacy - photos - allow changes. But this has made no difference. I’ve tried a phone reset, but nothing. My iPad is showing the three dots so I know it’s meant to be there

Ah, thanks. I’d recently deleted the only third party app. As soon as I reinstalled that app, the three dots came back!!! Many thanks
