i have a charge on my amex statement for may 1,2022 for $5.29 entitled "internet charge". i have no idea what that charge is. i seriously doubt that it my charge. how can i better understand it or get it taken off my amex bill?

how do i reach a live human to correct my bill?

Does the charge say it is from Apple? If it doesn’t then it has nothing to do with your iPhone. Here is a one-stop link for billing questions→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support. You can review your purchase history to see what you were charged for, cancel subscriptions and request refunds. Click on the link to review your purchases and see if it appears in the list of Apple charges.
