I have a cellular data problem

Whenever I try to install my update it says there was a problem verifying the installment because I’m not connected to the internet but I am. Therefore I have no cellular data. How do I fix this?

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Contact your carrier, check your data plan.
