I have recently purchased an iPhone 12 mini it’s been probably 3 months i am using it now the issue is when the phone on mobile data sometimes it gets heated especially while using instagram, is there any major issue with it

It's normal for a phone to get warm (especially if using an app such as Instagram, which uses up quite a bit of RAM), but not painfully hot.
