Lost phone

I lost my phone a week ago and I’m trying that apple resolve with my warranty and it’s impossible to connect with them

There is no warranty coverage for lost iPhones under AppleCare or AppleCare plus.

Apple offers insurance coverage only if you bought AppleCare plus with Loss and theft coverage.


If you purchased the loss and theft coverage, you have to file an insurance claim here:
