I have tons of hidden apps on iPhone 8+ iOS 15.5. I think some might have been transferred from an old Samsung, so from Google play originally. If I unhide them, how can I delete them?? I won’t know which are which.

You can't download Google play apps on any iOS device.
When moving from Android, apps are not actually transferred over. A check is performed, if the app exists in the Apple Appstore it gets downloaded from there.
