How to recover photos from stolen iPhone?

Stolen Iphone, my Icloud is not back up how can i retrive the photos i have in the phone.,

If you do not have backup, and are not using iCloud Photos there is no way to recover your photos short of magic.

Check the https://icloud.com website with the Apple ID you were using on your iPhone and see if they are there in the Photos App. If not, then your photos are gone.
