Updated Payment Method

I received an email stating that there is a payment method issue for iTunes. It appears that everything is updated. Received second notice today saying that my iCloud subscription is at risk. Please advise.

Please consult If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store, and "If you still need help, contact Apple Support."
