Check internet connection,

Updates

Allow App Store to use cellular data, Settings - Mobile Data - App Store

Try to Log Out and log In Again, Settings - Apple ID, Sign Out, then Sign In

Check for iOS updates

Try another Wi-Fi

Reboot your Device

Go to Settings - General - Data & Time, Set Automatically (ON)

Restart Network Settings, Settings - General - , Transfer or Restart Iphone, Restart, Restart Network Settings
