Converting Numbers table to Excel Issue

I know how to convert Numbers to Excel and have been doing so with no problem. I duplicated the format with different data into a new spreadsheet within the same document. Now when converting the table to Excel I get the following message "Some changes were made to your exported spreadsheet. Table locations have been modified to accommodate export to a single worksheet."

I duplicated the format into another spreadsheet under the same document because of the length of the original spreadsheet (1016 lines). While I can see all spreadsheets in the Numbers document, the original spreadsheet is now totally black in the exported Excel table.

I do not understand what is going on. Please help as I am frustrated!

The statement about table locations being modified for export to a single worksheet happens if you have chosen to export all tables in a sheet to a single Excel worksheet, versus each table becoming its own Excel worksheet. It is a choice you make when exporting. If you have not seen the statement before it could be because you never had more than one table in a Numbers sheet or this option was inadvertently selected when exporting.

I do not know why one Excel worksheet would be all black. I'd say first try exporting it as one table per worksheet and see if it works correctly that way. If not, assuming the data is all there but the formatting is making it all black, first thing I would look at in Excel is the cell background color.
