Is there a way to share my contacts to another Apple ID on my family sharing?

I am hoping to share my contacts with another member of my family, is that possible and are there step by step instructions?

You need to get a 3rd party app if you want to share contacts and keep them in sync. There isn't a way to share the Contacts app.
