They did not transfer my SIM card, and my data did not transfer

I just bought an iPhone 13mini. They did not transfer my SIM card. My data did not transfer.

Transferring a SIM has absolutely nothing to do with transferring data.

Regarding the latter, read and follow the article linked above.
