AirPods Pro’s not functioning

Hi my AirPods have been charged and can be BOTH seen to be charging, but it appears that only the right one is able to connect to my devices and left one can’t. I have checked to see if it was out of charge but it’s at 100 and just won’t connect no matter what I do. Help?
