I lost my iPhone on 27 June and enabled lost mode ,
Last night it was switched ON by the thief and I don't know how but he recovered it from lost mode, and removed my Id too.
My question is, Is there any possibility that he can change IMEI too...?
Secondly how can I contact Apple support to help me regarding the iPhone..?

The thief shouldn't be able to change the IMEI.
Try contacting Apple Support for assistance, but if the thief logged out of your Apple ID, they may not be able to help. .
