Where is load remote images in Monterey?

It’s in the privacy tab. However, it is not called load remote content.

The IP protection will prevent loading remote content if your network settings won’t allow it to route through the two relays. Disable all the check boxes to enable loading remote content automatically.

In Mail once the email is load near the booth MacOS will have small pop up to load images! It's been this way sense the first Mac OS X!
