Can I stream to the ipadpro wired from a video camera to watch the action live?

Thanks. I am trying to come up with a way to stream live from a rear view camera on my truck to a wired monitor with 4K resolution. Cameras exist for this but only so much resolution on camera and monitor. Wifi exists for this but the latency to too long for real-time reaction.
iPad does not support direct video input from other devices.
If you camera has the capability stream video directly to a web-browser, you’ll be able to use almost any computer’s browser.
