why asking for updating payment method repeatedly?

I am trying to subscribe apple music and updated all my payment methods in my account settings then also it is asking for update payment method constantly like "to redeem this offer you need to update your payment method first" and redirecting me to manage payments page which I had already updated payment method. what can be solution of this issue?
