I'm upgrading my current iMac to a new M1 iMac. I have software, most all from the Apple Store. Will
iCloud transfer these programs, if not, can I down load the software I've already paid from the IStore
with out extra cost?
You can freely redownload those from the Mac App Store when logged into the same Apple ID, if they're still available there. If not, you'll need to use the Migration Assistant or otherwise transfer them.
