Home app no response on cellular

Allo. I have 3 HomeKit hubs, a 4th gen Apple TV, a 2st gen 4K Apple TV and a HomePod Mini. All are updated to the latest software and work great when I use the Home app on my home's wifi network.


When I try doing anything on cellular, I get "No Response" for every device in the Home app. I've restarted each Home hub, restarted my phone, still "No Response". What's really strange is my wife doesn't have this problem and we have the exact same phone on the same latest iOS version.


Any help would be very greatly appreciated.
