Hi there,
I have restrictions set at TV-14 shows, however on TV or HBO I still cannot watch those rated shows.
In fact, ever since this change, now I can’t watch a TV show or a movie. I get the “To watch this, change the restrictions in settings.”

Does the issue occur after restarting the iPad using the steps here: Restart your iPad ?
Also, have you tried disabling the restrictions and enabling them again for the TV rating to see if it resolves the issue?

If restrictions are set to TV-14 shows, I still cannot watch shows rated that.
