I have 2 problems with shorcuts app when I want to use the lock shortcut
-Strangely, it doesn't seem possible to lock more than one app…
-At the step "launch the 1 second timer" on my app Shortcut there is no word "next" in the upper right corner (only in the lower right corner a blue arrow that launches the timer) so impossible to continue the setting.
Would you have an explanation if not a solution?

If you're trying to lock an app, an efficient and easy solution would be to use screen time,
Screen Time is built into to iPhones with software versions iOS 12 or newer. You can utilize the allowed apps feature, you don't need to enable downtime, you can just utilize some features.
To do this, go to Settings > Screentime > Allowed apps.
