Trade in and back to school promotion

I would like to purchase a new MacBook air and trade in my old one. I live in Israel and will be visiting new york for one week.

Id like to order the new MacBook online and i have a few questions-

How long does it take for the new device to arrive at the store? I know they only reserve an order for 7 days in August and want to make sure im not placing the order too late or too soon.

Also- i see there is an option to get the trade in money and the “back to school” gift card when i make an online order. How exactly does that work? Can i bring my old device to trade in when i pick up the new one in the store? And what do i need to do to get the back to school promotion?

one last question- can they transfer all the data from the old computer to the new one like they do with the iphones at the store?
