Remote Management

I recently purchased an Ipad from one of Apple’s official flagship store. It should be brand new (it was sealed and boxed), but when I opened it and went through quick start with my existing Iphone, I got stuck on the page that allows set-up by Icloud or PC/Macbook and shows me a remote management page of Johnson’s and Johnsons. I am unable to go past this page and trying any other option will lead me to the Johnson’s and Johnson’s Remote Management page.
