Cannot download apps

App Store keeps saying “cannot sign in” when I try to sign in. I just got this phone after breaking my old one, I’ve had trouble signing in for the past 14 or so days.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support
