Safari browser favorites disappeared

Thank you so much for the reply. That didn’t work. This is how it all happened:

I had a whole lot of bookmarks in my Safari browser on my iPhone. Now, I open my browser and they’ve all vanished.

In my icloud, I went to Advanced settings and clicked on Restore bookmarks. It showed zero bookmarks saved.

I followed the directions in your link, but still all my bookmarks (favorites and so on) have vanished.

⭐️I began using icloud a couple of weeks ago to back up my iPhone to icloud. Daily, I connected my phone to Itunes on my laptop, hit the save to icloud button. In the settings, I only allowed basic things to be saved. ⭐️I didn’t see anything that had to do with the Safari.
