ios 15.5 video play problem

Since I updated my iphone 7 to ios 15.5, I can't watch any videos in Safari. How can I solve that? Also I tried to use other apps like opera but It's not worked.

To confirm, are you able to hear audio just not see the video, do the videos and audio not play? Since having this issue, have you tried watching videos when connected to cellular data and Wi-Fi?
