iPhone 11 not showing contacts on my phone but only contacts on my card, please help. all along it was showing all contacts, but woke up this morning phone contacts disappeared.

Check each account and ensure the correct one has "Contacts" toggled on - only you know which account you were using.
"Card"? SIM cards are not routinely used by iPhones to store contacts.
