Text cut off in Final Cut Pro

Hi, this happens sometimes where I'll be using a title, and it will be hidden behind something. I attach an example of what I'm talking about:

I guess there must be some other object blocking. This happens with titles within Final Cut, and also when I make a title or effect in Motion and import it in. There must be something that cuts off what I'm importing, I suppose. It's weird.

Can anyone recommend steps I can take after this happens?

Thanks so much!

That happens when the Text goes past the edges of the image frame.

Check effects you may have added to the Title template to see if any scaling has been applied, otherwise check the Transform > Scale parameter for the "whole" Title.
