Senpai, Recovery Help needed!

Hello, my name is Tony but I go by my official name as Todrick. This is my first question. I purchased an iPhone 12 max pro Pacific Blue and I had a pretty unique connection with it. After moving back to my home town city I started to loose that connection with my device. Coming from an advanced understanding of device technologies I loved the device and it served me really well and became a special part of me. So, a couple months after moving back to hotter Texas, I started to depreciate and along with that, my phone got stolen. Unfortunately along with my Apple ID and the ability to softly recover the account or the device and most of the accounts associated with Verizon. Hopefully someone has some kind of insight into what are my available steps too take if I don’t have access to the phone number and password of the iCloud account. I wish to know how i can go about retrieving it or supplying for another one. :( Terrell H.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

Apple ID - Manage

Apple ID – Forgot Password  *

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, if you can't recover the password using the steps above, you will need to use Account Recovery. The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process. The article below has some suggestions to shorten the time the process takes.
