Hello. I have a Windows PC and I don't own a Mac or an iPhone. I just want to buy songs. I struggled with logging in because of the broken iTunes app. When I finally logged in, I can't see the Store in the Navigation bar. What went so wrong?

I found out that iTunes is not even available in Serbia.
There is no Store in the nav bar at all, this why I am asking.
Perhaps there is another online retailer that you can use.
There is no "Store" in iTunes.
