Follow the steps in the support document you posted from to identify the charges. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
Work through Apple first before disputing them with your bank as that can and will cause issues with your Apple account.
Nobody on these boards can. Use the link to contact Apple Support in the Related Article above; if they don't know, dispute them with your bank.
