I’ve got different Apple IDs for iCloud versus the App Store and was wondering if it’s possible to unify them to a single Apple ID? The reason I have two is because I began with Apple using before “@iCloud.com” was available. I’d like to convert my Apple ID I use for the App Store to the same one I use for iCloud. Is this possible? If so, how do I do this?

All devices will be signed in using Apple ID A and none with Apple ID B - the “Store/App” Apple ID. Will need to verify how it would work for subsequent purchases & updates if NO devices will be signed in using Apple ID B. This is an issue between a Legacy Apple account (B) and subsequent conversion to using a unified iCloud and iTunes/App Store Apple ID. Pain in the ***

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs. If you can get Family Sharing set up, you can use you iCloud ID for the App Store/iTunes and still have access to the purchases.
