Why can't you set up 2 Factor authentication exactly?

If you believe your Apple ID is compromised: link-> If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

You should change your password immediately: link-> Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

See here to setup Two Factor authentication: link-> Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

It may also be a good idea to contact the Police or a support group in your area to help you with your Ex.
