When updating wirelessly, ensure the following are true-
- iPhone is at 50% battery or higher, and plugged in
- Battery saving mode is off
- iPhone is not connected to a hotspot or VPN
- Your device has enough free space for the update
Do you see a message below the greyed-out button? For example- in the below picture, the message states that a strong Wi-Fi connection is needed.
