iPhone 6s not turning on even on a full battery charge
ihave a very good 6s that has not been used in awhile and would like to wake it up i have had it on charge and tried to switch it on but still blank screen please help

You can try to Force Restart your iPhone to see if that helps.
Force restart iPhone 6s or iPhone SE (1st generation)
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time.
When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
